Underground Water Lines: 100,000 Gallon Water Facilty
A 100,000 gallon holding tank has been installed at the top of the mountain and provides underground water lines to every estate in the community. The lines to Phase I (91 estates) are already compete along with sewer, power and cable. The commercial facilty is built on the North Cove aquifer which is pursuing a spring designation. Spring designated aquifers are the same quality of water that gets bottled in the store. Monthly water is provided free to every homesite.
Underground Sewers: Private Treatment Facility
A private sewage treatment facility serves the entire community and eliminates the need for mountain septic tanks. The treated effluent from this facility will be recycled to irrigate the golf course.
