It's important that our members feel safe and comfortable at home. The newly designed guardhouse will have an automated gate system in Phase I and staffed security in Phase II
- Newly-built welcome center/guardhouse
- Automated security gate to be compelted in Phase I for residents
- In Phase II, security staff will support the guardhouse and be linked to the McDowell County Sherrif's Department and local Emergency Medical Services
