LEED Certified Neighborhood Development
At Linville Falls Mountain Club & Preserve, we are tracking to become a LEED Certified Neighborhood Development. This certification is the one of the highest benchmarks a community can achieve for innovation in "Green" development. This is an experimental LEED program and we track our progress in eight categories of qualification.
