Signature Golf Course
Lee Trevino was originally commissioned to design this golf course in 1995. Since then, it has been nationally recognized as part of the rich tradition of golf in western North Carolina. In 2006, a two-year restoration of this golf course was started and the surrounding mountain range was acquired to create a private mountain golf course community.
The course is ready to reopen this fall as a private showpiece for members and residents only. The headwaters of the Catawba River flow directly through the property and the new "green" development takes advantage of the sights and sounds of our Class-A trout water. Surrounded by mountains and rolling landscapes, the course provides elevated tee boxes and open fairways without steep mountain-golf grades.
